1. Booking and Reservations
Advance Notice: We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability. Last-minute requests are subject to vehicle availability and may incur a surcharge.
Confirmation: A reservation is considered pending until you receive a confirmation email or SMS from [Business Name] containing a confirmation number.
Accuracy: It is the client’s responsibility to review the confirmation for accuracy regarding date, pick-up time, and flight numbers.
2. Cancellations and Changes
We understand that travel plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our drivers.
Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made more than [24] hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time are free of charge.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than [24] hours before the scheduled time will be charged [50-100]% of the total fare.
No-Shows: If the passenger is not at the designated pick-up location and has not contacted the driver or dispatch within [30] minutes of the scheduled time, it will be considered a "No-Show" and the full fare will be charged.
3. Airport Pick-Up Procedures
-if your flight is cancelled or you are bumped to a different flight, you must notify us immediately.
Grace Period (Waiting Time):
Domestic Flights: We provide a complimentary 30-minute wait time from the time the flight lands.
International Flights: We provide a complimentary 60-minute wait time from the time the flight lands (to account for customs).
Overtime: After the complimentary grace period, waiting time is billed at $15 per 15-minute increment.
Meeting Points:
Curbside: The driver will wait in the cell phone lot. Please call/text when you have your luggage, and the driver will pick you up at the curb.
4. Luggage and Lost Property
Liability: Business Airport Rides is not responsible for damage to luggage or items left in the vehicle. While we make every effort to return lost items, a delivery fee may apply for returning items left behind.
5. Passenger Conduct & Cleaning Fees
No Smoking: Smoking (including e-cigarettes/vapes) is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Alcohol/Drugs: Possession or consumption of illegal drugs is prohibited.
Damage/Cleaning: A specialized cleaning fee of $[250.00] (minimum) will be charged for vomiting, spills, or significant damage caused to the interior of the vehicle by the passenger.
6. Child Safety Seats
Requirements: State/Local laws regarding child safety seats must be followed.
Liability: Drivers are not permitted to install car seats due to liability reasons. It is the parent/guardian's responsibility to ensure the seat is installed correctly and the child is buckled in.
7. Liability & Force Majeure
Business Airport is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Severe weather conditions.
Heavy traffic or road closures.
Mechanical breakdown (in this event, we will make every effort to dispatch a replacement vehicle immediately).
"Acts of God."
8. Payments and Gratuity
Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards and corporate accounts. Cash is accepted also accepted as well as Venmo and Zell
Tolls are included on the price for now.
Gratuity: The standard industry gratuity is 15% to 20%, We do Appreciate your tips for the benefits of the driver however its is Voluntary.
